NY Stallion Tours Florida

The New York Stallion cricket team are making their way to Florida for the ninth year for a weekend of fun and cricket not necessarily in that order.

The Stallion comprising of Ramjit Singh, Rudolph Walters, Anil Sitaram, Dan Morgan, Andrew Swamy, Surain Jagnanan, Ganesh (Goat) Persaud, Manoj Balchand, Patrick Jaisingh, Ramchand Singh, Raja Singh, Mike Dholchand, Haseeb Ali and Omesh Nandalall will leave New York on November 8th. The team will take on Blazers Cricket Club and the Caribbean Sports Club on Novenmber 10 in two-20 Over softball matches in Orlando.

On November 11, the NY Stallion will match up against Ocala Youths Cricket Club in a 25 Over game in Ocala.

According to Ramjit Singh the team is sponsored by Tropical Nights Bar and Lounge of 107-09 Rockaway Blvd. While on the Florida end Tom Bacchus, Peter Dhanraj and Errol Ramnarine were working assidiously to make the tour a success.
Singh noted that playing in Florida has always been a enjoyable time for the team. He said the picnic family fun day type of atmosphere is especially enjoyable and the team always look forward to the trip.
